- Chat preset settings
Players can choose a voice-chat from two male and two female voices using the drop-down list.
Here players can set the quickchat buttons (buttons 0 to 9). By using this function players can send predefined messages during races with quickchat buttons.

- Game settings
Here, players can set the circumstances and feel of driving.
Default settings for this screen can be loaded by reset button.
This screen contains four sections as General, Game Helpers, Other, Force Feedback.
General:
The transmission type can be set in a drop-down list. The options are the following:
- Auto - Fully automatic transmission. Automatically changes gears even between backward and forward gears.
- Semi-auto 1 - Changes the gear in forward gears automatically, but into rear gear, players must change gear manually and vice versa.
- Semi-auto 2 - Changes direction (forward and backward) automatically, players must change gears manually between forward gears.
- Manual - Full manual control of gear shifting.
The Clutch mode can be set in a drop-down list. Clutching is the function of gear changing. It adjusts the contact between the engine and the wheels. The game can set the clutch to analog (if the analog controller is available) so the engine power does not fully affect the wheels if the clutch "slips".
The options are the following:
- Autoclutch - Automatic use of the clutch. Slides automatically the clutch if needed, especially in first gear. Manually use of clutch also available.
- Manual - Fully manual control of clutching.
Game helpers:
Under this section players can change the difficulty of driving.
- Steering help - Helps the player to steer in hard situation. It corrects the angle of steering, adjust the steering range if needed. The slider adjusts the dependency of the helper to the actual speed of vehicle. There are two sliders: one for analog controllers and one for digital controllers (e.g.: keyboard).
- Throttle help - Controls the strength to the powered wheels in drifting situation. The slider adjusts the angle of the drift it allows.
Other:
- Analog steering range - The range of the analog steering controller (e.g.: Steering wheel) can be set from 90 to 900 angle in five angle steps.
- Clutch on handbrake - In case of hand braking, it disengages the clutch. It allows the driver to do handbrake cornering easier.
- Clutch on braking hard - In case of hard braking, it disengages the clutch. It allows the driver to make the car slide easier with braking in corners.
- Virtual gearstick - Allow the player to change gear with mouse movement.
Force Feedback:
- Force strength - Adjust the forces affecting the car, like force on the steering wheel in hard cornering.
- Vibration strength - Adjust the strength of the vibration-like effect like bumps on the road or driving off the road onto gravel.
- Control settings
Players can customize the controller mappings. Three preset can be create to ease the change of these settings.
The left panel is for keyboard/controller mapping. For each function, there are two mapping slots available.
The right panel shows the player how effective the controllers work. There is an analog indicator for each of the following functions: throttle, brake, steering, clutch.
Below these panels you can find:
Preset buttons - only one can be activated at a given time.
Reset to defaults button - Load the predefined (factory) settings for the selected preset.
- Sound settings
Players can set the volumes of the game by this tab.

- Master volume - The overall volume of sounds, music for the game.
- Menu music volume - The volume of music in menu (Shop, Lobby etc).
- Ingame music volume - The volume of music during races.
- Effect volume - The volume of all the in game and menu effect sound.
- Engine volume - The volume of the engine during races.
- Used channel - The numbers of channels the game uses to reproduce sound at a given time. If no problem occurs, it is not necessary to adjust the setting.
- Music Scheme- Chose between Electronic, Head Banger or My Music here
- You can also chose to turn on and off Voice Feedback and the current music track title
- Video settings
All the settings related graphics can be found on this screen.
For optimal settings for the player’s hardware, there is a benchmark button. This function runs a short test on the actual machine, and then adjusts the settings which are best suitable for it.
- Resolution
There are options for windowed and full screen modes in this drop-down list. This list depends on the supported resolution of the given operating system.
- FSAA
Full screen antialiasing. It can be set from none, low (2x), high (4x).
- Gamma Setting
The gamma is for adjusting the optimal brightness of the game. The gamma slider works only in fullscreen mode, in windowed mode, it is inactive (the texture indicates it by greyed slider).
In fullscreen mode, when the slider is used by the user, a window slides in from the right, with a schematic logo to help the player set the optimal value.
The way the gamma window works is the window is divided into two sections. When the gamma setting is optimal, all parts of the logo should be readable in each section. This texture should be edited to work exactly the way described above.
- Shader
Changes the shader version the game uses for graphical rendering. The default is 2.0 (DX9), for older machines there are options for 1.1 (DX8) and no shader (DX7).
- Texture Detail
For machines with small amount of graphical memory, the sizes of the textures can be lowered for speed up the game in exchange for visual detail.
It can be set from high, medium and low. The game must be restarted to take effect. (A hint tells this to the player.)
- View range
Adjusts the distance where the distant objects are "cut" in race modes. It can speed up the game if lowered. Options: high, medium and low.
- World detail
Sets the details of object in the world. It fastens the speed of the game but lowers the visual detail. It can be set from high, medium, low, min.
- Own vehicle detail
Sets the detail of the player’s vehicle.
It can be set from high, medium, low. The game must be restarted to take effect. (A hint tells this to the player.)
- Opponent vehicle detail
Sets the detail of the opponents’ vehicles.
It can be set from high, medium, low. The game must be restarted to take effect. (A hint tells this to the player.)
- Shadow detail
Sets the detail of dynamically calculated shadow detail. At low detail, there is no dynamic shadow at all. At medium detail, every object (the vehicles too) casts shadow on the ground. At high detail level, the vehicles cast a self-shadow on themselves.
- Dynamic env. map.
Sets the detail of reflection effect on shiny surfaces. It can be set from high, medium, low and off. At medium and high detail settings, the reflection on the surfaces are dynamically updated. At high detail, the light sources are reflected too.
- Particle density
Sets the detail of smoke-like effect. It can be set to off, low and high.
- Motion blur
Turns on the motion blur effect. This effect indicates the speed by blurring the edges of the screen.
- High dynamic range
Turns on the HDR effect. This effect simulates the behavior of human eyes with real-like dynamically changing light in the game.
- Noise
Turns on an old film-like post-effect.
- Contrast
Adjusts the contrast of the overall looking of the game with a special post effect.
It can be set from high, low and off.
- Mirror
Sets the detail in the back view mirror. It can be set from high, medium, low and off.
- Visual enhancement
Turns on a colorize post effect, that creates a very different atmosphere for the game. It only works during races.
