Item Mall Tutorial
There are two currencies in Project Torque:
1) RP: RP is earned through playing the game normally. Currently, you may use RP to purchase car upgrades. These include the engine, transmission, tires, etc.
2) AP: AP is earned through purchasing Aeria Points by using our Recharge Center. Then you can use these AP to purchase items within the game shop. For the time being, this includes cars, race girls, and styling options like bumpers, hoods, spoilers, etc.
To add AP to your account:
1) Go to our Aeria Points Recharge Center. 2) After reviewing the short description of the Item Mall, select Aeria Point Recharge. 3) Choose the amount of AP you wish to purchase under the corresponding payment method and click "Recharge Now". 4) You will get a confirmation/transaction ID. Be sure to keep this for your records.
To use AP in Project Torque
1) Your AP amount is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the Shop screen. 2) To purchase something from the Project Torque item mall, simply select an item that has an AP price label (this adds it to your shopping cart) and then 3) Click either "Buy" or "Cart".
4) To complete the transaction click "Ok" in the popup box.
